Returns and Exchanges

We have a 90-day refund policy on all clean, unwashed, unused items that still have their original tags. We cannot take back any items without their original tags. Any return after 90 days can only be refunded in the form of store credit. All sales are final on items that have had custom embroidery, silk-screening, alterations, or any other customizations.

You may return any merchandise that has a defect in the quality or workmanship for a full review on us replacing or repairing.

A 20% re-stocking fee less the freight will be charged on all orders returned for a credit card. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping and handling fees are as follows:

$8.00 on purchases of $49.99 and below,
$10.00 on purchases of $50 to $99.99,
$12.00 on purchases of $100 to $149.99,
$14.00 on purchases of $150 to $299.99,
and FREE shipping on all orders $300 and up.

If you have chosen to have the items shipped to you, the items will be delivered to the shipping address (indicated at the time of purchase) after they have arrived at the store and all required work has been completed (i.e. embroidery or silk screening).

Special Orders

Items that are not in stock must be ordered from our manufactures. They will be shipped to you after we have received them. Products that are marked as Special Order Only are items that we do not regularly carry in our store, so we must always order them. In any case that we must order from our manufacturers, it will lengthen the amount of time for you to receive your purchase.

Backorders

Backordered items will be shipped separately from the original purchase as soon as they become available, at no extra cost to you. If you have chosen to pick up your items at our store, we will call you as soon as any backordered items have arrived and are ready for pick-up.

Once an order has been processed, a sales associate will call you and let you know the status of our stock in regards to your order. As we are currently unable to show the status of our stock levels online, you may call our store at 972-572-9191 before you complete your order to confirm whether the items you want are in stock, out of stock, or on backorder.

In-Store Pick-Ups

As soon as your order is ready (exluding any backordered items) we will call you to let you know that your order is ready to be picked up. For a map to our store and our store hours, please refer to the Our Location page.
