If you are still having trouble...
If you are still having access issues after these steps, it may be because of a firewall on your computer. Unfortunately we cannot offer any assistance on this because [1] your firewall is an advanced security feature on your computer so disabling it completely could leave your system vulnerable to a number of online threats and [2] there are so many different software firewalls available to users that there is no way we could possibly cover them all, so all that we can suggest that you contact the tech support for your firewall to help with any settings that might allow better and less restricted access to our website.
